Summer courses

It is a program in the months of July, December and January. Designed for participants to enjoy recreational activities in a controlled environment and with professionals. It is also an opportunity to make friends and promote a healthy coexistence. In addition, for students who will be part of the Great SEK Family for the first time, it is an ideal space to become familiar and face their new home with confidence and security.

Gymnastics

The students participate in the class twice a week. In buses and in the company of two of the teachers responsible for the group they travel to the gymnasium located two kilometers from the School. Qualified instructors receive them on site, who conduct structured exercise classes according to the age of the students. It is recommended that they wear comfortable clothing, for example a shirt and shorts, shorts or lycra.

Kitchen

The best way to motivate children to eat a variety of foods is by showing them in different ways. The cooking class is taught twice a week, all the recipes are adjusted to the ages of the children and are supervised by their teachers.

Swimming

The students participate in the class two days a week, in an indoor semi-Olympic swimming pool that maintains an average temperature of 26º. The class is taught by Physical Education teachers of the institution and they are accompanied by two of the teachers in charge of the group. It is mandatory to use: cap, one-piece swimsuit, sandals and cloth.

Crafts

Pencils, paints, crayons, papers, recyclable resources, and more will result in projects focused on the themes of each week in these classes.

Robotics

Participating in a Robotics course for children is a unique experience since they are offered the opportunity to strengthen their imagination and creativity, applying it to technological models supported by pedagogical models, which reinforce the teaching-learning process. Depending on the summer course, robotics are received as additional dynamics.

Imitation jewelry

Bracelets, key chains, chains and more will be making the students with their class teachers. Fine motor stimulation and creativity frame the development of this course.

Literature

Her teachers are planning multiple activities where listening, writing, speaking and reading comprehension are the elements to be stimulated in the children. Stories, poetry, rhymes, tongue twisters, strings, riddles and more national, foreign and created by them will be enriching this space.

Sciences

A wonderful world for children of all ages. In the company of their teachers, the students will be finding out the why of things; Environmental exploration activities and experiments will mark the learning and construction of their own conclusions.

Sports

Cooperative play is the foundation of these spaces. Doing exercises, learning about sports cannot be separated from sharing, therefore, the activities that are in charge of the Physical Education teachers of the institution will be in charge of the movement spaces during these Active Holidays.

Yoga

The little ones will have a yoga lesson once a week by a teacher from the institution. The comfortable clothes of your daily dress will be an important element for the enjoyment of the activities. Yoga, as a space for the exploration of your body.
