Extracurricular Activities
Swimming
Starting with Playgroup students, swimming is part of our students’ weekly schedule. Initially, the goal is for the youngest children to become comfortable in the water, having fun and achieving full independence by developing basic swimming skills (breathing, floating, movement, etc.). As they progress through the levels, students learn various techniques and reap all the benefits this discipline offers for learning. It also strengthens their bodies, improves coordination and endurance, while fostering discipline and self-confidence.
Programming and Robotics
Programming and robotics open the door to a world of innovation for students. Through hands-on and creative experiences, they develop logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and an innovative mindset that prepares them for the future. More than just learning technology, students learn to create, experiment, and turn their ideas into reality, strengthening their confidence, teamwork, and adaptability in a dynamic, digital environment.
Karate
Karate is much more than a sport: it’s a tool for holistic development in children. Through its practice, they develop discipline, self-control, and respect, while strengthening their bodies and minds. Each class is an opportunity to gain confidence, improve concentration, and learn values that will accompany them inside and outside the dojo, shaping confident, resilient children prepared to face new challenges.
Ballet
Ballet is a beautiful discipline that combines art and holistic development. Through dance, children strengthen their bodies, improve their posture, and develop coordination, balance, and flexibility. Beyond the physical, ballet fosters artistic sensitivity, discipline, and emotional expression, helping to shape confident, creative children with great self-assurance.
Art
Art is a powerful tool for children’s holistic development. Through painting, drawing, and creating, they stimulate their imagination, express their emotions, and discover new ways of seeing the world. We foster a space where each child can create freely, strengthen their confidence, and develop key skills such as creativity, concentration, and sensitivity, essential for their personal and academic growth.
Music
Through rhythm, singing, and sound exploration, creativity is stimulated, memory is strengthened, and cognitive and emotional skills are developed. In each musical experience, children learn to express themselves, listen, and work in harmony with others, building confidence, sensitivity, and a deep connection to learning.
French and English
Learning languages opens doors to new cultures and different ways of thinking. For students who want to learn a new language or improve their existing one. Being bilingual or multilingual also enhances creativity, adaptability, and confidence, preparing children for a globalized future where learning, understanding, and connecting with others is key.
Volleyball
Participants will learn different techniques specific to this sport through each training session, game, and match. It’s a perfect activity for discovering the value of teamwork. Each match is a lesson in collaboration, concentration, and perseverance, helping children grow up feeling secure, healthy, and self-confident.
Basketball
Basketball is ideal for improving agility, teamwork, and physical endurance. Students learn to make quick decisions and collaborate effectively with their teammates.
Soccer
More than a sport, soccer is a lesson in teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. Children will develop physical skills such as speed and stamina, while learning the importance of collaborating and respecting their teammates.
